Jane was wonderful with helping me through a very difficult time. My case was quite complicated requiring lots of attention and advice in the beginning. She predicted movements/actions on the other half. Sometimes communication was delayed which came at unfortunate times for my case but overall Jane was extremely helpful, kind, empathetic and worked very hard to get my case sorted, acknowledging when it was best to sit and wait vs responding or firing back. I am unable to comment on value as my case was legal aid.
